Judo, as created in 1882 by JIGORO KANO, is a method of intellectual, physical and moral education. Inspired by traditional forms of combat, it includes various techniques for throwing, holding down or forcing the opponent to give up. But the very essence of judo is to enable each individual to assert his or her personality and achieve greater self-control, while practising techniques designed to protect him or herself.
Pre-judo for children aged 3 to 5 focuses on motor skills and opposition play.

Viet Vo Dao (which translates as “The Way of Vietnamese Boxing”) is a traditional Vietnamese martial art.
It’s a complete art based on both fist and foot techniques. This art relies on a complete workout of the breathing, and a knowledge of the body, necessary conditions to practice well and maintain good health. Specific exercises are available for children and women.
